Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at bythea.store@gmail.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at bythea.store@gmail.com.
